Plantlife, the charity that speaks up for the UK's wild plants, were thrilled with the success of my designs last year, so asked me to design two new cards for Christmas 2016. I created two designs based on nature's festive decorations - frosted teasels entwined in a string of red bryony berries, and a spray of holly berries with dangling bunches of hawthorn fruits. You can order packs of the cards from the Plantlife shop. I'm pleased to now have my prints and cards for sale in the VK Gallery in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. This bright and welcoming gallery is in Bridge Street within sight of the medieval stone bridge with its historic chapel over the River Ouse. I can recommend a visit - maybe for stress free seasonal present shopping and an amble around the town and the riverside walks and water meadows.
